OnMate는 상담 신청 과정에서 수집한 최소한의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.

1. 수집 항목

상담 폼: 이름, 가게 이름·업종, 전화번호, 이메일, 문의 내용.

2. 이용 목적

상담 회신 및 서비스 안내 목적으로만 이용합니다.

3. 처리 위탁

서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 일부 처리를 위탁합니다 — 이메일 발송 (Resend), 내부 알림 (Telegram·Slack), 고객 관리 (Notion).

4. 웹 분석

방문 통계 파악을 위해 Google Analytics 4를 사용합니다. 쿠키 기반의 집계 통계이며, 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.

5. 보관 및 삭제

삭제를 원하시면 상담 폼 또는 회신 이메일로 요청해 주시면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

OnMate processes the minimal personal information collected through the consultation form as described below.

Consultation form: name, business name and trade, phone number, email, and your message.

2. Purpose

Used only to reply to your enquiry and tell you about the service.

3. Processors

We rely on a few providers to run the service — email delivery (Resend), internal notifications (Telegram and Slack), and customer management (Notion).

4. Web analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visit statistics. It is cookie-based aggregate data and does not identify individuals.

5. Retention and deletion

To have your information deleted, ask via the consultation form or by replying to our email, and we will remove it promptly.
